Can I Progress from Level 1 to Levels 2 and 3?
Yes. Level 1 provides foundational Enneagram learning for participants who wish to continue to Level 2 and subsequently Level 3.
From Foundation to Coaching
Level 1 introduces the nine Enneagram types and provides a foundation for further learning. Participants who wish to develop their knowledge and skills further can progress to Level 2 — High Performance Coaching with the Enneagram.
Level 2 builds on foundational Enneagram knowledge and develops coaching skills for working with others. It is also an IEA-accredited and WSQ-approved programme.
Progressing to Advanced Practitioner Training
After Level 2, participants can progress to Level 3 — Advanced Practitioner Certification. This programme builds on Level 2 through advanced concepts and practitioner applications.
Level 2 is a prerequisite for Level 3 because it introduces the core concepts, tools and coaching templates needed for the advanced programme.
