Level 1 introduces the nine Enneagram types and helps you recognise how different motivations and behavioural patterns influence yourself and others. This foundational knowledge can support greater self-awareness, personal development, improved communication and more effective relationships.

EQ World's two-day Level 1 programme is WSQ-approved and combines foundational Enneagram learning with negotiation and influence skills. Although the programme is not itself IEA-accredited, it provides a meaningful starting point for understanding and applying the Enneagram.

The programme's primary purpose is to build foundational knowledge for personal growth and more effective interactions, rather than to provide a professional coaching certification.
