No. You do not need prior knowledge of the Enneagram to begin with EQ World's Level 1 programme. It is a foundational programme designed for individuals who are new to the framework and want to develop an understanding of the nine Enneagram personality types.

The programme introduces the Enneagram framework, including the different personality patterns and their underlying motivations. Participants begin exploring how these patterns may influence the way people think, feel, behave and interact with others. This foundational knowledge provides a starting point for understanding the Enneagram and its practical applications in personal development, communication and relationships.

Level 1 also provides the foundation for further learning within EQ World's Enneagram pathway. Participants who wish to deepen their understanding may progress to Level 2 and subsequently Level 3, subject to the relevant programme entry requirements.
