Yes. You need to have a solid understanding of the core Enneagram concepts required for Level 2. However, you may be eligible to join even if you completed your Level 1 training with another provider, provided the programme covered the necessary fundamentals.

What Knowledge Do You Need?

Your previous Level 1 training should cover the following core Enneagram concepts:

• The nine Enneagram types: Their focus of attention, core motivations, areas of avoidance, strengths and challenges

• Wings and Arrows or movements

• The Three Centres of Intelligence

• The 9POV profiling tool: Including how to interpret and debrief its results

Having a solid understanding of these concepts is important because Level 2 assumes that this foundation is already in place.

Why Is This Foundation Important?

Level 2 — High Performance Coaching with the Enneagram — builds on foundational knowledge through deeper exploration of Enneagram theory, examination of personal biases, paradigm shifts and practical coaching using the 9POV framework.

This foundation prepares participants for the more advanced learning and practical coaching applications covered in the programme.

What If I Completed Level 1 with Another Provider?

You may be eligible to join EQ World's Level 2 if your previous programme covered the required core concepts and you have a solid understanding of them. Simply having completed a course called Level 1 does not automatically establish eligibility; the knowledge and fundamentals covered are what matter.
