Deepening Your Enneagram Understanding

Building on foundational Enneagram knowledge, HPC encourages participants to explore their own patterns, develop greater self-awareness and examine personal biases. This inner work supports a deeper understanding of how Enneagram insights can be applied in coaching.

Learning to Coach Others

The programme develops practical coaching knowledge and skills, enabling participants to use the Enneagram to support others in understanding their personality patterns and exploring opportunities for growth.

Participants also learn to apply EQ World's 9POV framework in coaching, helping them connect Enneagram insights with practical coaching conversations.

Who Is the Programme For?

HPC is suitable for learners who want to deepen their Enneagram understanding and develop coaching skills for working with others. Participants should have a solid foundation in the core Enneagram concepts required for Level 2.

High Performance Coaching with the Enneagram is an IEA-accredited and WSQ-approved programme. Eligible participants may qualify for government funding, subject to the applicable requirements.
