EQ World's current Level 1 foundational programme is Effective Business Negotiation and Influence Using Psychological Tools, also referred to in communications as Effective Negotiation and Influence with the Enneagram.

It is a two-day, WSQ-approved programme that introduces the nine Enneagram types within a broader negotiation and influence framework.

What Does the Programme Cover?

The programme introduces the nine Enneagram types to help participants understand different motivations, behavioural patterns and perspectives. It combines this foundational Enneagram learning with negotiation and influence skills within the WSQ course framework.

This approach allows participants to explore the Enneagram while developing practical skills relevant to professional interactions.

Is the Programme WSQ-Approved?

Yes. The current Level 1 programme is WSQ-approved. Eligible participants may qualify for government funding, subject to the applicable requirements.

The programme also provides foundational Enneagram knowledge for participants who wish to continue learning through EQ World's Enneagram pathway.
