Once EQ World receives your registration, the team will guide you through the next steps, including enrolment confirmation, funding arrangements, payment and pre-course preparation.

1. Enrolment Confirmation

The EQ World team will confirm your enrolment after receiving your registration.

2. SkillsFuture Credits Arrangements (For Level 1 and Level 2 only)

The process depends on how you register:

• If you register through SkillsFuture Direct Application: Log in using your Singpass to process your SkillsFuture claim and payment directly through the portal, without needing a separate claim process with EQ World.

• If you register through EQ World's Official Sign-Up Form: The EQ World team will check whether you intend to use SkillsFuture Credits (SFC) to offset your eligible net course fee, where applicable. The team will prepare your invoice, which you will need to attach when submitting your SFC claim. Follow the instructions below.

Submit Your SFC Claim via the MySkillsFuture Portal

1. Visit MySkillsFuture.gov.sg and log in with your Singpass.

2. Navigate to “Submit SkillsFuture Credit Claims”, then select “Submit A Claim”.

3. Search for the course by title, Effective Business Negotiation and Influence Using Psychological Tools, or by training provider, EQ World Pte Ltd.

4. Select the correct course run and start date.

5. Enter the amount of SFC to claim. Both amount fields should reflect the same amount stated on your invoice under “SkillsFuture Credit Amount”.

6. Upload the supporting documents: your invoice and enrolment confirmation.

7. Review your claim, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click “Submit”.

3. Invoice and Payment Instructions

Your invoice and payment process depends on how you registered:

• If you registered and settled the course fee through the SkillsFuture portal: EQ World will issue you an official receipt.

• If you registered through EQ World's Official Sign-Up Form: EQ World will prepare your invoice with the relevant payment instructions so you can settle your course fees.

Submit Your Proof of Claim and Payment

After submitting your SkillsFuture Credit claim and completing the applicable payment, please send EQ World the following supporting documents:

• A screenshot or copy of your approved SkillsFuture Credit claim.

• Proof of payment for your course fees.

4. Pre-Course Information and Learning Materials

Closer to the training date, EQ World will send you the relevant pre-course information and learning materials to help you prepare for the programme.
