Before attending an EQ World course, complete the required pre-course activities and prepare the necessary devices and documents for attendance taking and assessment.

1. Complete Your Pre-Course Activities

Complete all required pre-course activities, including the profiling test and assigned pre-course learning. These activities help you prepare for the programme.

2. Prepare Your Singpass and Mobile Device (WSQ Course Only)

For WSQ-approved courses, please prepare the following for attendance taking:

• Arrive early: Be physically present at the training venue 15 minutes before the scheduled lesson time.

• Bring a mobile device: Bring a smartphone or tablet with a functioning camera for attendance taking.

• Prepare your Singpass: Ensure your Singpass account is set up and ready for login.

• Install the Singpass mobile app: Download and set up the app before attending the course. Access Singpass.

3. Bring Your Laptop for Assessment (WSQ Course Only)

For WSQ-approved courses, please bring your laptop on the assessment day. This requirement applies to both programmes because they are WSQ-approved courses.

4. Course Materials and Further Instructions

Course materials and resources will be provided.

You will also be added to the class WhatsApp group chat one to two weeks before the course commences. Further information, including venue details and final reminders, will be shared closer to the programme date.
