EQ World offers three levels of Enneagram learning, but not all three programmes are IEA-accredited. Level 1 provides foundational learning, while Levels 2 and 3 form part of EQ World’s IEA-accredited professional pathway.

Level 1 — Foundational Programme

Level 1 is a two-day, WSQ-approved foundational course that introduces the nine Enneagram types within a broader negotiation and influence framework. It helps participants develop a foundation in Enneagram concepts and understand how they can apply this knowledge to personal growth and professional interactions.

Although Level 1 is not itself IEA-accredited, participants who meet the programme requirements can receive a WSQ certificate. Eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may also qualify for government funding of up to 70%, subject to the applicable funding requirements.

As a foundational programme, Level 1 provides a starting point for those who wish to deepen their Enneagram knowledge and progress to further training.

Level 2 — High Performance Coaching with the Enneagram

Level 2 is an IEA-accredited coaching certification programme. It builds on foundational Enneagram knowledge and develops participants’ coaching knowledge and practical skills for working with others.

The programme is also WSQ-approved, so eligible participants may qualify for applicable government funding.

Level 3 — Advanced Practitioner Certification

Level 3 is an IEA-accredited advanced practitioner certification programme. It builds on Level 2 through advanced concepts and practitioner applications.
