The current programme, Effective Business Negotiation and Influence Using Psychological Tools, is a two-day, WSQ-approved course. It retains a strong focus on the Enneagram while incorporating negotiation and influence skills required under the WSQ course framework.

Approximately 80% of the programme focuses on the Enneagram, making it similar in foundational focus to the former IEA Level 1. The remaining content includes negotiation and influence components required by the WSQ framework.

Why Include Negotiation and Influence?

Negotiation and influence are integral components of the WSQ course framework. Including these topics allows the programme to meet the framework requirements while introducing participants to the nine Enneagram types and their practical applications.

Is the Redesigned Programme WSQ-Approved?

Yes. The current Level 1 programme is WSQ-approved, and eligible participants may qualify for government funding, subject to the applicable requirements.

Does It Still Provide a Foundation for Further Learning?

Yes. Despite the shorter duration, the programme provides the foundational Enneagram knowledge needed for participants who wish to continue to Level 2 and Level 3, both of which are IEA-accredited programmes. Progression is subject to the relevant entry requirements.
